Hey Blondie!!!
A great night
Two teams, one Boys and the other Girls went to Regents Park on Tuesday to represent the Borough in the Disabled football tournament.
The boys managed to win three group games and lost one and just missed out on a quarter final place, but all 10 boys performed really well and with a bit more luck would of gone a bit further.
The Girls on the other hand won all their group matches and marched into the final with some great displays, again the girls looked like they would go on and win the final but a nasty injury to one of the girls seemed to put the players off and Bromley went on to win 1-0.
All the players, Boys and Girls should be proud of the way they played, our coaches who have been training them for the last 6 weeks came back and said it was a great day out and the players were a pleasure to coach and manage.
Well done to you all for representing the Borough.

Carshalton Athletic Junior FC would like to extend its deepest sympathies to the family of Vic Thompson, who passed away today.
Vic was an invaluable member of Carshalton Athletic FC and was respected throughout the Leagues, SCFA and The FA. He would always be there to offer you help and share his wealth of football knowledge. He showed a keen interest in the junior section and I would like to thank him for all his help through out the years.
Rest in Peace Vic you will be truly missed!
